Rayong is the main town in this province. There are many small resorts and lovely towns along the coast as well as fantastic islands in the area. The largest island is Koh Samed about 2-3 hours drive from Bangkok. The prices are relatively cheap in the towns.

The easiest way to get to the town is with the local bus from Bangkok or by taxi from Bangkok or Pattaya.
